I-Span regards each change/add as an incident.

*Restrictions and Terms On Incident Credits

Incident Credits include all content updates and changes to the web site with client provided images, graphics and text. Credits also include adding a new page from an existing template and linking to that page from another page (note: modifications to navigation bars are often dificult and usually can not be done without additional charges. Single page additions from templates are always considered one incident). Incident Credits do not include any major updates to the web site - those will be quoted seperately. Major updates include, but are not limited to, creation of or significant modification to graphics including logos, images and icons, structural changes involving rearranging the basic layout of any page, the creation of or significant modification to multimedia files including flash, video and sound files, the creation of or manipulation of any scripting or Data Base files and the creation or manipulation to any e-commerce sections.
